Shipping Policies and Rates

UPS IntegrationD’Orazio Cleaning Supply features integration with UPS On-line Tools and provides customers access to Real-Time Rates.  This allows you to find accurate service and rate information directly from UPS from our ordering page.  Shipping and delivery rates are not adjusted in any manner, and you will always pay what we pay - no more. Additional charges may apply for shipping items to Hawaii, Alaska, or locations outside of the continental United States. In these cases we will contact the customer to provide details and options prior to order shipment.
Free Shipping DetailsD'Orazio Cleaning Supply does routinely offer free shipping on qualified website only orders that are over $1,200.  Restrictions and product limitations do apply. Special orders, Floor Equipment, and non-stock items are typically excluded.

The website ordering process automatically tracks applicable products and alerts user of free shipping options. We reserve the right to choose the best method of shipment on all promotional orders or orders that qualify for free shipping.
Special freight arrangements can be discussed and made available specifically for your business requirements.

  1. Upon ordering, you will be sent an email confirmation of that order from D'Orazio Cleaning Supply.
  2. Logging in to our website will provide you the ability to directly monitor the status and track your order.

  4. Delivery charges are valid on UPS Ground Shipments within the Continental United States.
  5. We can only ship to purchaser’s physical location. UPS does not ship to Post Office boxes or Post Offices.
  6. Oversized, bulky, hazardous or dangerous goods may incur addition freight charges. If additional charges apply, you will be contacted for approval before delivery with the ability to cancel.
  7. Special order products may require 2-3 weeks lead time.  You will be notified if any item is not shipping within 5 days from receipt of order.
  8. In back order situations, D’Orazio Cleaning Supply may contact you with replacement product options that are of matching quality and price.
  9. Order discrepancies need to be reported within 48 hours of product receipt by emailing us at or calling us at (608) 835-2424.
Return Policies, No Hassle

D’Orazio Cleaning Supply allows you to return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a refund. Some restrictions and limitations do apply and these are stated below. In cases where the return is a direct result of our error, we will also pay the return delivery costs.
If you need to return an item for any reason, simply contact our customer service team today at (608) 835-2424 and we will guide you through the process.
  1. Returns not available on Special Order items, Floor Equipment, or Equipment Parts. Warranty applies.
  2. Items must be returned unused with all contents intact and in the original box.
  3. Credit will be applied after returned items are deemed fit for resale.
  4. We reserve the right to apply a 25% restocking fee, deducted from the purchase price of all items returned.
  5. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges, unless reason for return is a direct result of our error.
  6. No returns allowed after 30 days of original purchase.
